Robert Ullerich

Clinical and Art therapy Intern

Hi, I’m glad you’re here. Taking the first step toward therapy can feel vulnerable, and my hope is to create a space where you feel welcomed, heard, and accepted for who you are.

My approach is person-centered, strengths-based, and trauma-informed. My background in behavioral health has shaped my understanding of how our experiences, environments, and patterns influence how we understand ourselves and navigate the world. I believe you are the expert on your own life, and therapy is a collaborative process. Together, we can explore what has shaped your experiences. Recognize the strengths you already carry, and work toward changes and goals that matter most to you.

I support adolescents and adults as they navigate neurodivergence, anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, identity exploration, and other mental health concerns. As someone who is neurodivergent myself, I value creating a space where differences are understood, respected, and met without judgement.

Art therapy offers another pathway for expression, self-exploration, and meaning-making when words may not fully capture an experience. No artistic experience or ability is required. Art can provide an opportunity to explore your story, discover new perspectives, and reconnect with yourself.

My goal is to meet you where you are and support you at your own pace, while honoring your individual experiences, strengths, and goals. I hope therapy becomes a space where you can build self-trust, navigate change, and explore what matters most to you.
