Our Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) offers a structured, supportive pathway for adults seeking meaningful change in their mental health. Whether you're stepping down from a higher level of care or beginning your treatment journey, our IOP provides the clinical intensity you need while allowing you to maintain your daily responsibilities at work, home, or school.

We understand that accessing mental health care comes with barriers—scheduling conflicts, financial concerns, transportation challenges. Our team is committed to working with you to find solutions that make treatment accessible and sustainable.

Depression

You don't have to have it all figured out to start. Our IOP provides compassionate, evidence-based care for a range of conditions. Wherever you are, your journey begins with a comprehensive assessment — and a team that builds your plan around your strengths, not just your struggles.

Anxiety Disorders

Generalized anxiety, panic disorder, social anxiety

Borderline Personality Disorder

Intense emotions, relationship challenges, identity concerns

PTSD

Trauma-related symptoms impacting safety, relationships, and daily life

Co-Occurring Disorders

Mental health conditions paired with substance use

Schedule

3 days/week, 3 hours/day

Morning: M/W/F, 9:00 AM–12:00 PM · Afternoon: M/T/Th, 2:00–5:00 PM
