Mona Lee
(She/They)
Clinical Intern
The effects of living through trauma, oppression, and a global dumpster fire can show up in all sorts of ways. Maybe you’re experiencing CPTSD, chronic stress, or anxiety. Maybe you’re struggling with disordered eating, relationship issues, or low self-esteem. From finding better ways to cope to healing underlying trauma, I can help you navigate your way back to yourself.
As your liberation-oriented therapist, I’ll bring curiosity, compassion, humor, and the lived experiences of a queer, neurodiverse femme of color who deeply believes that we are all the ways that we are for reasons—be they personal, systemic, or intergenerational.
We'll use gentle, trauma-informed approaches that honor the wholeness and fullness of you—mind, body, spirit, lineage—to help you learn how to be in your body, explore your inner world with less judgment, heal old wounds, and, ultimately, feel more connected to yourself and others.
