I have extensive experience supporting individuals struggling with depression, anxiety, trauma, and mood disorders, with a particular focus on women's mental health and midlife transitions.

I am EMDR trained by the EMDRIA approved Institute for Creative Mindfulness. I hold a masters in professional counseling from Grand Canyon University, a masters in public administration with an emphasis on government and policy also from Grand Canyon University. I obtained a bachelor's degree in psychology from The Evergreen State college Tacoma and an AAS in chemical dependency.from Highline Community College I am equipped to work with substance use disorders and mental health issues. I am a Washington State approved clinical supervisor for both mental health and substance use disorders.
