Isabella Segovia
LMHCA
Hi, my name is Bella, and I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor Associate (LMHCA). I received my Master’s in Counseling from Saint Martin’s University. I am originally from Southern California, but I have fallen in love with the beauty of the Pacific Northwest and am grateful to now call it home.
As a counselor, my goal is to create a safe and supportive environment where you feel empowered to authentically connect with yourself. Together, we will explore your journey of self-discovery and growth at a pace that feels right for you. This space is centered on your needs and goals, where you are heard, seen, and validated in your lived experiences. I encourage you to take what resonates from our work together and feel empowered to leave behind what does not.
In looking at the whole person, I draw from both person-centered and psychodynamic approaches. Person-centered theory emphasizes autonomy and self-determination, recognizing your ability to be in the driver’s seat of your own life. Psychodynamic therapy invites us to gently explore how past experiences, early relationships, and unconscious patterns may be shaping your present. I believe this approach is powerful because it not only helps us address current challenges, but also fosters deeper self-understanding and lasting change.
I look forward to meeting you where you are and creating a counseling experience that supports your unique journey.
