Brittney Caba
Clinical Intern
Hello and welcome. My name is Brittney and I am a Clinical Mental Health Counseling student with Seattle University. I am a counseling intern dedicated to providing a compassionate, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where clients can explore life's challenges and work toward meaningful change.
My counseling approach is rooted in person-centered therapy, which means I believe that each individual is the expert on their own life. I strive to build genuine, collaborative relationships that foster self-understanding, resilience, and meaningful growth. My goal is to help clients feel safe enough to bring their authentic selves into the counseling space.
I especially enjoy working with neurodivergent adults and am committed to providing affirming, strengths-based care that honors each person's unique way of experiencing the world. Whether clients are navigating anxiety, life transitions, self-discovery, relationship concerns, or everyday stressors, I aim to meet them with empathy, curiosity, and respect. I look forward to working with you on your mental health journey.
