1. Check insurance coverage

We're in-network with many major plans, and you can also pay out-of-pocket if you prefer.

How CIAS Counseling Works

Getting started with therapy should feel simple, not stressful.

2. Personalized match

Choose your preferred therapist, or we’ll match you with a licensed provider based on your needs.

3. Start therapy

Meet with your therapist through live online sessions, secure messaging, or a mix of both.

4. Switch Providers if needed

If your first therapist isn’t the right fit, you can switch until you find someone who feels right for you.

“Counseling can help you make the changes you’ve been longing for. It opens up new paths you may not have imagined, and while the journey isn’t always easy, it can bring lasting change. I hope to support you along the way.”

— Juanita Evans, LMHC, Founder

Mental Health Care for Veterans & Service Members

Military service shapes you in ways that aren't always easy to explain to someone who hasn't lived it. Whether you're adjusting to life after deployment, carrying experiences that are hard to put into words, or just finding that feeling like yourself has gotten harder — you don't have to work through it on your own.

Circle in a Square Counseling offers confidential online therapy for Washington's veterans, active-duty service members, and military families. We meet you at your pace, on your terms.

We can help with:
• Post-traumatic stress and combat-related trauma
• The transition from military to civilian life
• Anxiety, depression, and sleep difficulties
• Grief, moral injury, and questions of identity
• Strain on relationships and family
• Military sexual trauma (MST)

TRICARE + telehealth:
We accept TRICARE, so cost stays out of the way of getting support. And because all of our care happens online, there's no commute and no waiting room — just a private conversation from wherever you feel most at ease.

Caring & Professional

Counseling can offer a deeper understanding of the behaviors, emotions, and beliefs that shape our daily interactions — with loved ones and with strangers. It can help you regain a sense of control and pleasure in life. One hour each week in a therapeutic environment where you feel comfortable, connected, and cared for can improve communication and build self-esteem.

“I almost didn't reach out, but I'm so glad I did. For the first time in a long time, I feel like myself again.”

— Client, Seattle
