Intense Outpatient Program

Our Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) offers a structured, supportive pathway for adults seeking meaningful change in their mental health. Whether you're stepping down from a higher level of care or beginning your treatment journey, our IOP provides the clinical intensity you need while allowing you to maintain your daily responsibilities at work, home, or school.

We understand that accessing mental health care comes with barriers—scheduling conflicts, financial concerns, transportation challenges. Our team is committed to working with you to find solutions that make treatment accessible and sustainable.

What We Treat

Mental health conditions affect how we think, feel, and engage with the world around us. In our IOP, we provide compassionate, evidence-based treatment for:

  • Depression – Persistent sadness, loss of interest, difficulty with daily functioning

  • Anxiety Disorders – Generalized anxiety, panic disorder, social anxiety

  • PTSD – Trauma-related symptoms impacting safety, relationships, and daily life

  • Bipolar Disorder – Mood fluctuations affecting stability and functioning

  • Borderline Personality Disorder – Intense emotions, relationship challenges, identity concerns

  • Co-Occurring Disorders – Mental health conditions paired with substance use

Your journey begins with a comprehensive biopsychosocial assessment. Our clinical team will collaborate with you to create an individualized treatment plan that honors your strengths, addresses your challenges, and aligns with your personal recovery goals.
